Olive and Violet provides custom invitation, printing and design services. We thrive on creating one of a kind designs for your special events.
Accepted payment methods
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
All items are custom designed and printed and are non-refundable.
Payment
Payment via Paypal or check. Before design work begins, we require a signed contract confirming the intended order. Once design work is finalized, we require a 50% deposit based on the quoted order. The remaining balance is due once printing has been completed.
Shipping
USPS, UPS or FedEx - please specify. Additional shipping charges may apply for UPS or FedEx. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping.
