Named after my mother and maternal grandmother, I wanted to pay tribute and appreciation to these strong, intelligent, and loving women (and both with exceptional green thumbs in a garden) whom I have always been inspired by in life.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved to draw and paint, and that love has never gone away. I went to an Arts High School and then majored in Studio Arts in college, through my education I have participated in juried gallery shows and exhibits. Since then, for the last 12 years, I have focused on my job in healthcare but Art has always been on my mind. Until recently, most of what I have made, that wasn't for myself, has been as gifts to loved ones, and it is through their support that I am now ready to branch out and put myself- what I create- out there. For now, my primary focus is reproducing my drawings of pen, charcoal, pastel, and graphite in the form of prints. I hope to soon take on commissions, to sell originals, and ideally start partaking in Gallery Shows again (once things settle down).

I find much of my inspiration in everyday nature and in the impression of the moment or in the intricacies of a black and white image. I want to thank you for visiting my page and hope you can find something I have made, that inspires you to appreciate for yourself.
