Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Of course, if a mistake has been made on our part, we will happily ship out a new product to you at no additional cost.

Colors -- slight variations may exist between the actual product and the color you see on your computer monitor. I try my very best to ensure that my colors are accurately represented, but every monitor is different.
Payment
olivia june designs accepts payments through PayPal & all major credit cards.

Remaining balances left on deposit listings will be invoiced via PayPal or a Custom Listing. Please pay your remaining balance with in 24 hours.
Shipping
Most orders are ready to be shipped between 7-10 business days. You will always be quoted a time frame on custom orders.

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping with tracking information unless otherwise noted in listing description.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our studio hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-4 pm Central ST. Orders received after hours are processed the next business day. Questions and messages received after hours will be answered the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be responded to or shipped the next business day.
