This item was as beautiful as described if not more so! The artist could not have been more helpful, contacting me, customizing my order and shipping out immediately. I ordered this beautiful bracelet to wear to my Son's wedding and received nothing but compliments on it all day!

My goal is for you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your purchase once you receive it please notify me within 24 of receiving your item and we can discuss how to resolve the problem. If you choose to return the item, I'll issue for a full refund, minus the cost of the original shipping charges. You must pay for returning items to me and the cost will not be refunded.

All payments are expected at the time of purchase.

Shipping
Your item will be sent USPS First Class.
If you need another service such as next day delivery, or UPS service, please let me know when you place your order. I will get you an estimated cost.
I'll do my best to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving payment and I'll email you to confirm that your purchase is officially on its way.

While insurance is optional, I suggest that you take insurance on all orders.
I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged unless you've bought postal insurance. It is available at the usual USPS rate. Please let me know you want insurance before you check out.
