Welcome to ollie + junebug! I'm a nut about customer service in my daily life and I intend to have the best customer service known to man for my own shop...or as close as I can get to it. Payment
+Payment to be made to : ollieandjunebug [!at] gmail.com using any major credit card via PayPal.
+If you do not use PayPal, I will also accept checks and money orders from US residents, just let me know in your comments to seller when you make the purchase.
+Payment must be received before item is shipped.
+Please note that if you pay by check or PayPal e-check, the check must clear before item is shipped.
+I need to receive your payment within ten days of purchase or I will have to cancel your order.
Shipping
+I will ship your order to the address listed in YOUR ETSY RECEIPT, not your Paypal address. Please make sure it is the correct address.
+All of my items are shipped domestically via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.
+Seller will not responsible for lost items. If you need domestic signature confirmation, please convo me.
+International shipping is also available via USPS First Class Mail. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and/or customs fees for international shipments.
+All orders, please allow up to 3 business days for item to ship and an additional:
2-3 business days for domestic delivery
1-2 weeks for international delivery
Refunds and Exchanges
+If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased from ollie + junebug, I will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding s&h).
+Please notify me within 3 days of receiving your item in order to initiate money-back guarantee.
+The product must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility, and it is recommended that you return item with a tracking number as seller is not responsible for lost items.
