Accepted payment methods

Payment
Olympic Fiber Arts accepts payments via PayPal, only. You may make a purchase through PayPal using your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Residents of Washington State: Seattle/King County residents must pay a sales tax of 9%. Other Washington State residents must pay the rate determined by their county. We cannot accurately write your invoice without your shipping address, so please contact us with your address so we can figure out the charges.

Payment is due within twenty-four (24) hours of ordering. Due to Etsy fees, we will not cancel a transaction once you have placed your order.

Should your payment not clear through Paypal within three days of the order date, we reserve the right to cancel the order unless prior arrangements were made between the buyer and OFA.

Once your payment has cleared, OFA sends you an email confirming purchase and payment.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $100 AND GREATER.

If you order more than one item, we will gladly combine shipping. For large orders combining more than 3 items, PM us and we will provide an accurate shipping/handling quote on the entire order to give you the best rate.

OFA ships to US destinations via USPS First-Class for all items up to 13oz and USPS Parcel Post for items more than 13oz. Upon request, we will expedite shipping or ship via a different carrier, for an additional fee.

Residents of New Orleans, Louisiana, please PM us first as it may be possible to arrange for you to pick up the product locally rather than incur shipping fees.

We are happy to ship internationally. If you are an international customer, please contact us with your shipping information, and we will quote you the appropriate shipping charge. As always, all duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For shipments outside of the United States, please understand that the shipping times might take longer due to customs and other clearance checkpoints.

OFA ships sold items twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Sold items are mailed on the next shipping day after the buyer's payment has cleared through Paypal.

An email confirmation will be sent once the items have been shipped.

Please be sure that your shipping address on PayPal is correct! Your package will go to the address listed on your PayPal account. OFA is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from a buyer's address being incorrect on PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
Olympic Fiber Arts reviews requests for refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis and makes a good-faith effort to accommodate legitimate requests which may arise. Of course, we want all our customers to love the items they buy from us. In general, refunds are only granted if merchandise is defective. Buyers must make requests for refund or exchange within seven days of the shipment's delivery. Please contact Olympic Fiber Arts as soon as possible to receive instructions about how to proceed to resolve the matter quickly.

A full refund will be provided if the item(s) are returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt of purchase.

If an item is lost in shipping, we will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.
