Beautiful color and great sweater!

Was everything great, quickly delivered, very nicely packed and then the sweet gift, thanks for it, gladly again... but now I have the following problem : with one of the balls, the thread dissolves... I have taken photos... Seers annoyed because I had to cut out the piece at 4 different places!
