Returns and exchanges
These items are all handcrafted by me personally and I stand behind every item I create. I do want you to be happy so please contact me as soon as possible if you are not fully satisfied with your product. If you are unhappy and need to return an item, I will gladly refund or exchange the item - minus the shipping costs - provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Please contact me for a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

All custom orders are final and are non-refundable unless it is a mistake on my part, then I will happily replace the item free of charge.
Paypal is the preferred choice of payment. PayPal is the quickest and easiest way for me to receive your order.
We do not accept checks or money orders.
In striving to provide excellent customer service, I do all I can to get your items out as soon as possible. Please check Shop Announcements for current shipping times.. Please convo me (BEFORE YOU BUY) if you need it sooner and I will do everything I can to make sure that happens!
I ship via USPS First Class which takes 2-5 business days to arrive. We can make other arrangements for shipping if you need it rushed but you need to let me know before you purchase so I can adjust shipping costs.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged products once it has shipped. If you would like to add insurance for a fee, please let me know before you purchase and I can adjust.

Each package arrives wrapped in tissue with ribbon/yarn. If this is a gift, please let me know and I am happy to add a beautiful gift tag with your message on it.
