Announcement   We're a Canadian family, making toys in our backyard workshop. There are four of us: Liska is the idea generator, Jeffrey is the technical guy with hammers and saws, and two of our children are the first testers of all our products.

A toy is something children invest a lot of time in, and in this way it acts as a teacher. We strive to create toys that can teach children to be watchful and conscious, creative and imaginative, to care, to appreciate, and to love.

When our first child was born, we wanted him to have beautiful, natural and unique toys, so we made him a few wooden animals. Over the years, our son's interests grew, and so did the toys we made. We love reading, and so we made a lot of shadow puppets to accompany our favourite books! Dinosaurs, boats, castles, and all the things wheeled got added to our collection in due time.

At first, the toys were only for our children, who gave us inspiration with their everyday fascinations – be it animals, spaceships or letters. Then we started the blog, in which we shared projects we were working on, and after a number of requests to have them available for sale, we finally decided to let our toys out in the world and see them making friends with other children.

Please, contact us with your requests for custom toys and combination of products!

Yours,
Liska & Jeffrey

Accepted payment methods

Shipping
Please, note that our standard shipping method is Canada post's small packet. It helps us set my price for shipping as low as possible. Unfortunately, it does not give an opportunity to provide you with a tracking number.

You will most likely get your order within 6-12 business days after shipping. However, it can vary, depending on the country of destination, the customs and holiday seasons throughout the year. Canada post only guarantees the delivery within 45 calendar days and will not consider the item lost until then.

If you prefer to have a tracking number or want your order sooner, please let us know, and a different method or a different carrier will be used for an additional fee.

If you want to buy several items, please, contact me for a shipping quote. Likely, the shipping will be lower than the price, quoted for each item on the site.
Additional policies and FAQs
The order is insured for up to 100 dollars. If your order costs more than that and you would like additional insurance, please, let me know about it when you put your order. There will be a small fee for every additional 100 dollars.
