Welcome to Once Upon A Pedestal! My stands can be used for many purposes and are each unique. I select each piece I use to create the pedestals with care and purpose. Many of these items are used when I find them but are in great condition. If there are any slight imperfections, I will note this. I strive to provide excellent customer service and hope you find so!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase (damage, etc.), please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and we will figure something out. Refunds/exchanges will be decided case by case.

Payment

I accept debit or credit cards through PayPal and payment should be received within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

Currently I can provide domestic shipping. Your purchase will be shipped in a sturdy box sized to match your item and safely cushioned with bubble wrap and peanuts. If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient, please let me know at checkout.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of cleared payment. Please make sure that your PayPal and Etsy shipping addresses are the same. Or you can add a note to seller at checkout indicating where you'd like your item mailed. Otherwise it will be sent to the address on your PayPal account.

If you are local, we can arrange a pickup rather than a shipment.
