Announcement    COVID-19 UPDATE! During this extraordinary time, we wanted to let you know that we are still open and shipping orders, although you may encounter slight delays. As usual, we are handling our products with precautions for your safety. Because of the dramatic increase in hand-washing, we also want to remind you that our soaps are very gentle and moisturizing and our lotions can help repair dry, cracked skin and alleviate discomfort. These are trying times for everyone. We are here for you, and we are in this together!

Blessings Come From All Things

One Blessed Acre began when my family returned to my home town in Northern California after my husband retired from the Air Force so that we could be closer to my parents.

I love all things country. Our family wanted a quieter pace of life, raising our children to love animals and self-sufficientcy. One of the first animals added to our farm was chickens. Once we had adequate housing, we added Nubian dairy goats, with the intent of drinking the milk. They were bred and then we were in milk - a whole lot of milk!

Out of that milking came lots of excess milk for soaps and lotions. Once I began looking at the labels on beauty products I quickly realized the need to have more natural products for my family to use. I found a love for being able to create different scented soaps and lotions. Our goal is to educate our community on the benefits that goat milk has for our skin.

How Long Will My Soap Last?

Cold process soap is cured for 4 weeks to create a very hard bar. If you leave your soap to dry inbetween uses it will last much longer. How long you get out of a bar of soap depends on how dirty you get and how many people are using the bar of soap.

How Long Will My Lotion Last?

Our lotions are made with a Paraben and Phthalate Free Preservative giving you up to a year to use your lotion without worry of mold or rancidity.
