Payment via PayPal only.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order.
However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.
Cancelling or changing your order
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we try to turnaround your order in a timely manner, it might be difficult to catch the changes before your items are shipped. If you have a change, please contact pood(at)oneeyedmorse.com and we’ll see how we can help.
International orders are shipped via registered mail.
Handling time may be up to 5 days.
International orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct. It's not possible to change shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
Shipping in Estonia
Standard shipping for orders inside Estonia are shipped via SmartPost.
If ordering the goods in Estonia please mail us your full name and mobile phone number. This info is only needed for shipping with SmartPost.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the package.
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged while shipping.We only exchange to another item(s) from the One Eyed Morse shop. Exchange can be made for item(s) of same or lesser value.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt that we sent you after you ordered the goods.
Buyer(s) will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
If you are shipping an item(s) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please include your name, date of the order and the receipt we sent you when you ordered the item(s).
If you feel that we've misrepresented an item, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
