Returns will be made on an individual basis. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders! The free shipping offered is First Class mail shipping. I would be happy to send your purchase with delivery confirmation and/or insurance per your request at an additional charge. If you would like delivery confirmation or insurance please contact me before you purchase your order so that I may adjust the shipping price. At this time I only ship within the US. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. I ship three times a week, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Your purchase will be sent to the address associated with your ETSY account.

PACKAGING- Your purchase will be shipped securely inside a lovely little gift envelope, box or pillow box inside a padded envelope (Packaging may vary). If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient, please let me know and I will make the packaging look extra special.

CUSTOM ORDERS-If you see something you like but would like it slightly altered, please let me know and I will do my best to arrange that for you. I am also open to custom orders, please contact me with your wishes. Please keep in mind that changing an item or creating an item specifically for you does take time and may result in price changes.
