I used these yellow & white stripped hats for my a surprise b'day party for my mom who was in a driver side impact car accident 4 weeks before; she has bruises and micro fractures in her left ankle. I'm so thankful to God that it wasn't worse so I gave her a party with all yellow (& white) decor and we sang "You are my sunshine" instead of Happy B'day. Everyone loved the hats and the colors. Thanks for the quality work and getting these to me on time.

She is..One Happy Hostess!

The Happy Hostess was created from my own desire to have parties that were not generic. I always had a theme or color that drove my design. From many years of hostessing my children's birthday parties, family birthdays & anniversary bashes, annual neighborhood Halloween parties, bridal and baby showers, plus a few corporate events, came an understanding that I always needed just a few basic components. Then adding personal touches made the event great.
My shop offers those key components plus a few extras to help hostesses easily pull together a fabulous event. I offer customization of many products and often guide hostesses through the design process. Designing is the most exciting part for me.
The Happy Hostess is ever evolving and there is always something
new to see!

Welcome! Most of my items are custom and created/designed especially for your event. I love making custom orders and designing new things. I strive to create products that are durable and beautiful. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me, I will do what I can to make it right.
Please carefully read my policies regarding Custom Listing expiration's.
My time is as valuable as yours and I schedule my orders on a first come first serve basis. When custom orders & custom product listings are not purchased with in 24 hours, the listing expires. The product or custom listing scheduling spot is released and other orders are accepted and scheduled for construction. If you need more than 24 hours, please notify me when requesting your custom listing. This is to ensure your order is constructed and received by your event date. If you lose your listing due to expiration, you will need to contact me and verify if there is availability in scheduling.
Additionally note: when conversations are had and delivery dates are discussed, if more than 24 hours pass before an item is purchased you will need to verify the product can still be delivered by the original date discussed in our conversation. The longer a customer takes to respond with zip codes and measurement information, etc., products are sold and custom orders get scheduled. Reservation of the product or production spot may no longer be available.

My products are handmade by me in my smoke free home.

The Happy Hostess accepts Paypal and Direct Check Out through Etsy.
Orders do not ship until payment is confirmed.
Cancelling an order must be done with in 24 hours of purchase.
Ready to ship items are prepared for shipment within 24 hours of payment
confirmation.
Custom items are scheduled and fabrics reserved for construction within 1 day of payment confirmation. Any cancellations after 24 hours will forfeit cost of item and be refunded shipping cost only
**Custom listings are only good for 24 hours.The inventory/custom order reservation is released to be sold if not purchased with the 24 hours. If you need longer please convo me.
Shipping
Ready to Ship items ship within 1-2 business days.
Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to ship. See product listing for details.
With most purchases, you will receive a delivery confirmation.
Orders ship USPS 5-7 day shipping.
Contact me before you purchase if you need expedited shipping or have a deadline.

Orders returned to The Happy Hostess due to non pickup at the post office are not eligible for refunds. The US postal Service gives 15 days to retrieve your package at the post office.

Breakage or damages of an item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery! In most cases, the broken item will be considered for a refund or replaced. Be prepared to send photographic evidence of your damaged items. The Happy Hostess is not obligated to refund or replace any damaged or broken items due to shipping. Products are wrapped and packaged to ensure a safe delivery. I can not control what happens to a package after it leaves my possession for shipment, nor am I responsible.
Please contact me before purchase if you would like shipping insurance added to your order. The customer is responsible for reporting and collecting on the shipping insurance. **All damages or problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No Exceptions!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me with any issues you may have with your product. If your product is not what you ordered or constructed in a way that the item is unusable. The amount paid for the item will be considered for a full or partial refund(based on the issue), the item will be replaced, or a solution to fix the damaged item will be offered. Photographic evidence of the damage is required before an item will be considered for refunding. Shipping is non-refundable.

The Happy Hostess is not responsible for damage to items during shipping, but will work with you to reach a reasonable resolution.
