To receive a refund or an exchange from onelevel a customer must contact the shop via the Etsy convo or email within one week of receipt of order. It is usually easier to use the Etsy convo to link your order, then you can simply explain the situation.

Payment is made through Etsy via Paypal. A customer can also send a personal check or a money order to the address provided.

Taxes are collected automatically for the state of Kentucky.

Payment is due upon ordering. If you should have a problem or an issue crops up, please just convo me and let me know. I am easy to work with.

Shipping is handled immediately upon receipt of payment. onelevel uses the US Post Office in almost all cases, First Class. If cost effective, Priority Flat Rate Boxes will be used. If a customer requires an item at a required time, please indicate via the message on order and through the convo system on Etsy. Applicable charges will apply for priority shipping. Notification must be made at the tijme of order as shipping is processed as soon as payment is received.

A new policy at onelevel is insurance will be placed any item over $50.00, incurred by the shop. Additionally Delivery Confirmation is now available for all shipments in the US. This feature is at no extra charge to the customer. Customers do not have to request either of these features it is automatic.

Shipping overseas is challenging but continues to be one of my highlights. I enjoy meeting all my oversea's customers. I ship all international orders First Class, unless other arrangements have been made. Delivery Confirmation is not available overseas. Insurance is not available in most areas. If there are any special considerations to be made to your shipment please let me know when ordering. Orders are processed for shipment upon payment.

Nutshell: Sales and Sections such as BARGAINS, prices have already been reduced. ICO of Sales I will post the original price and the percent off. Section "Bargains" are reduced for you and should be grabbed while the grabbing is good.

Coupons are above and beyond Sales and Sections. So you can buy a Bargain and combine with a coupon and likewise a sale item with a coupon. SAVE, save!! Coupons are prompted in the checkout procedure.

LAYAWAY is now available. Please convo me with the item or items you are interested in. (ask for discount if you are buying more than one item, doesn't hurt to ask!) I will RESERVE/LAYAWAY item for 25 percent down and pay off in 2 months. Taxes if applicable and shipping can be included in layaway or paid at end of transaction. In any circumstance as long as you keep in contact with me I WILL work with you and adjust this agreement to less or more time that you may need. My goal here is to get jewelry loved by me and YOU to their rightful home. Additional to do this without stress to either parties (me and YOU). Key is communication. IF ever money is an issue let me know. Adjustment of time frame (payment due in 2months) can be made only if I know what is your intent. Also must be said, IF there is no contact by email/convo for 3 (three) contacts and 1 month past your initial 2 month contract, you will forfeit any monies paid toward layaway and jewelry will be relisted. SO keep in contact and keep your investment intact!!
