Thank you for visiting One Little Bird! All products are made by me with love. I hope you will be as delighted with your product as I am producing them.


I accept payment by PayPal only. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can process payments via PayPal using your credit card.

eChecks must clear before an order can be shipped.

Please convo me as soon as possible if there are problems processing your payment.

Prints are shipped 2-3 days from date of order.


Most orders leave the UK within 48 hours, and while shipping typically takes between 10 days to 2 weeks, it can sometimes take much longer. Please allow plenty of time for birthday and celebration gifts.


UK orders are sent by standard First Class Royal Mail.

International orders are sent by standard Airmail.

A proof of postage is retained.

I DO NOT USE A TRACKABLE SERVICE as standard - please see below*.

Please provide a 'live' address. I cannot ship to a PO Box number.

Prints are flat-packed extremely well in a protective cello sleeve with an extra piece of stiffening board inside a sturdy cardboard mailer.

Prints larger than 12x16 are rolled and are sent in a robust poster tube.

My shipping costs include packaging costs, time costs and postage costs.

Buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your order leaves the studio in perfect condition. If your item is damaged in the post please take the following steps:


Please DO NOT open the package! This will invalidate any claim you make to your postal service.

Please take clear photographs of the damage and convo me attaching the photos within 3 days of receiving the package.

Make a claim to your local postal service.


If I believe your item to be genuinely damaged in the post I will in most instances replace the item as a gesture of goodwill, but the above steps MUST be taken.

I will deem your item lost in the post after a period of 6 weeks from shipping date has lapsed. After this time, please convo me to arrange a replacement print. I do this as a gesture of goodwill and at my expense.

Refunds can only be offered if the fault is mine, i.e the wrong print is sent, it's a gift and a replacement would arrive too late.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Q. Do your prints come in other sizes?
A. All my prints are available in 8x10 or 16x20 (or square equivalents), which will become available in the shop very soon. In the meantime, please convo me for prices.

Q. What paper do you print on?
A. I use a lovely smooth double-weight matte 180gsm fine art paper as standard. I can offer heavier weight paper for extra cost. Please convo me for more details.

Q. What is a giclee print?
A. A giclee print is essentially a very high-quality ink jet print and is a process often used in art reproduction. A giclee print can be printed one at a time and can be printed on many different types of paper. It gives a much finer, richer result than standard laser digital printing.
