Payment

PayPal is currently the only accepted form of payment. Immediate payment is best, but must be made within 24 hours of committing to purchase an item.

PayPal accepts major credit cards and e-checks. Please remember e-checks take 3 to 5 days for payment to clear which will delay shipping.

Shipping

generally ship using USPS Priority shipping for within the U.S. (2-3 days) at $5.00 for the 1st item unless specified directly from the client. I typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase for customized items.

I gladly combine shipping!

If you prefer a faster shipping speed, let me know in advance so I can change the shipping cost for you.

*International Etsians/customers welcome! If you are an International customer, please convo me for shipping rates or if you need me to edit a shipping price.

Additional policies and FAQs

Custom orders: Alchemy requests for custom-designed orders are always welcome.

Quality: I always strive to select the best possible components for creating my jewelry. I list the materials and describe them fully. For example, I will state whether the components are sterling silver, silver-plated, gold-filled or gold-plated.

Safety: Many jewelry components contain lead. Examples include cloisonne, Minikari, pewter and Swarovski crystals. Read below for further explanation.

Swarovski crystal is an Austrian lead crystal which usually contains about 32% lead. Is this a health hazard? Not likely unless the crystal is ingested. General handling and skin contact is not thought to pose any significant health hazard because of the special manufacturing process which reduces the ability of transferring lead from the crystal to skin surfaces. This is different from non-plated metals containing lead that are more easily transferable to skin surfaces.

Personal Note:--------------

Please be a respectful and courteous Etsian and do not copy original one little sparrow designs or have someone else duplicate one little sparrow originals. As this is my livelihood and my passion, it directly affects me if you copy original ideas/designs/creations. My original designs have been refined and perfected through dedication and hardwork, trial & error, and monetary investments for supplies and time and it is unfortunate when copies arise as it is clearly unfair and disrespectful. Thank you for understanding.
