After working in land surveying for 20 years, I found myself at a crossroads. I decided to do something completely different, selling antiques and vintage collectibles and accessories. I developed a great appreciation for antiques early in my life. My grandparents were antique dealers, my Mom is an antique dealer, and now me! As a child I browsed at my grandparents shop that was attached to their house. So much fun, and now I get to do that again at flea markets, estate sales and auctions!

My listings may be limited at times, due to my full time job, which is not in land surveying.

Returns and exchanges
I will gladly accept a return with a full refund of purchase price and shipping on an item that I described incorrectly. The item MUST be returned in original condition within 14 days. I try to describe my items as best I can, and really look them over for condition.
Payment
I prefer Direct checkout or Paypal, but will accept money orders or personal check (checks must clear before shipping). I would like payment within 5 days of purchase.
Shipping
I do not charge a handling fee, only the actual shipping cost and packing materials, plus insurance and confirmation for high dollar/fragile listings. I usually ship within 5 business days after payment unless I let you know otherwise (ex. on vacation, etc.)
During the Holidays, I do my best to ship within 2 business days so that you get your package in time!
