MORE ABOUT ONESCLARK ON ETSY:
My shop is currently dedicated to 1) normalizing feminist ideas by offering iconic feminine-focused items and 2) bringing smiles to folks dealing with gynecological issues and the medical professionals who treat them. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of some of my items are donated to Planned Parenthood, RAINN, and Endofound.

Please know that I don't consider having or having had a uterus to be the sole indicator of womanhood, nor do I believe that only women can have uteruses. If you have ideas about how I can offer more intersectional and inclusive items in my shop, I'd love to have a discussion with you. Feel free to reach out!

I've always enjoyed making original fiber art pieces, and am now obsessed with creating unusual, surprising and one-of-a-kind handmade items that make unforgettable gifts. I love to use wool, cotton, acrylic and novelty yarns and threads to produce unique home accents and other beautifully quirky things for beautifully quirky people. I am also excited to be focusing more on using reclaimed natural fibers and locally sourced wool that I've hand-dyed and spun on my own spinning wheel.

Check out my bargain basement for inexpensive giftables!

WHERE YOU'VE SEEN MY WORK:
= 90 lace stones were sold in the Noguchi Museum's gift shop during its "Museum of Stones" exhibition.
= Some of my large lace stones were used as props in the Canon booth at NAB 2016, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
= One of my crocheted uteruses and my enamel fruiterus pins were featured in Bustle's "21 Cheap Feminist Gifts Under $20 That Will Fill Holiday Stockings With Gender Equality."
= My shop was included in Endofound's 2017 Holiday Bazaar.
= My cervical cancer uterus charms were included in Artemis Box's January subscription shipment.

I love it! Every year, I find a new ornament to 'represent the last 365 days'. This item was it, this year. Perfectly crafted and incredibly fast shipping.

Awesome pin design. I’m a UCSC alumni (go banana slugs) and this is such a cool slug!!! Received my order extremely quickly and very happy with the quality of the pin.

About

Empowering Gifts and Delightful Art Objects

OneSClark began largely as a humble jumble of amigurumi octopi and some hand-sewn creatures, but gradually grew into a showcase of original fiber art pieces such as lace stones and mandalas, and is now home to a wide variety of crocheted uteruses and other anatomical bits. The driving force behind it all is a completely vital need for constant creativity. My desire to uplift and empower folks is what gets me out of bed each morning.

The uteruses I make can be seen as celebratory, subversive, ornamental, somber, and a whole lot more. It's a matter of perspective and situation, and I try to cater to every experience a person who has, has had, or has spent any time around a uterus may encounter. I'm sure I haven't covered everything yet, though.

If you need something made specially for you, I'm only a short convo or email away. Let's talk!

I am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address because of buyer error. Please double check your shipping address prior to purchasing. I cannot change an address or reroute a package after an item has shipped and is within the postal system.

Note that I absolutely cannot cancel an order after it is already in transit. I strive to have ready-to-ship orders mailed out within one to two business days.
