Because our products are hand-made to order the moment a transaction is processed, under no circumstances is OneSingleStrand allowed to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. We check for quality for all of our physical products carefully before our shipment. If, for any reason, you are experiencing problems with your items please read through the following guidelines and contact us if the problem persists. For wearable items, such as jewelry, that have been damaged within a week of wearing, OneSingleStrand, will not be held liable if such item(s) has been worn and then damaged due to exposure to moisture, air, dust, etc. However, if the concern is personally communicated thoroughly with the seller, OneSingleStrand may provide a good-act-of-kindness in replacing the item as complimentary. We, as the seller, would like to know why this item is important to you!
For all digital items purchased, and because no physical items are shipped, the item(s) becomes a final sale once the order has been made and your transaction is approved. All digital files have a 2 to 7 day period to be prepared and ready for you to download, from which you will first be notified via email from Etsy or a direct link using Dropbox provided by the seller.
The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy; as a result, all customers are responsbile for all return shipping charges for their exchange item(s). All sales, including promotions, close-outs, and specially customed (or off-the-listing) orders, are considered final.
Most orders will ship within 5 - 7 business days using the Standard Shipping method, unless you choose an upgrade method. Once shipped, orders will generally be delivered within 7 business days. OneSingleStrand will not be held responsible for any conditions of the shipments that is beyond our control, such as weather severity, shipping interruption, stolen packages from unknown souces, etc.

Orders shipping internationally, or outside of the United States, may take as long as 1 to 3 weeks, potentially at least a month depending on location, to process and deliver unless you choose our priority and express shipping methods for faster delivery. All customers must be aware that standard shipping for international countries do not require custom and may or may not be shipped without the use of a tracking number, even if one is provided here on Etsy. All international shipping will require signature confirmation to ensure delivery arrival is successful. Otherwise, non-signature conformation will usually be held by the postal service office to be expected for local pick-up. It is required for all international customers to leave contact information for delivery service to contact them for package pick-up.
Our shop provides the date and time of your ordering status: Etsy documents the date of when your purchase was made, gives the seller the due date of when your item should be shipped by, notifies customers of when your order is shipped, as well and the expected delivery date (this depends on customer’s choice of shipping method), visible to only sellers creating the postage stamp. Once your item is shipped, an email of this activity will be sent to the customers of this notification.
If, for any reason, you are experiencing delays of your order that goes beyond its expected delivery date, whether your package is either misplaced, lost, or stolen, prior to its arrival, OneSingleStrand will agree to provide you a replacement of your missing items.
