    About

    Painting a Path Back Home

My art is a living documentary of the journey of self-discovery in the modern age. I am a self-taught artist creating as a means of inner growth and outer transformation. My art explores themes like mental illness, addiction, empathy, transcendence, and spiritual redemption. Art has been my life companion through my struggles with loneliness and despair as a teenager, destitution and transcience as a young man, spiritual regeneration as a monk, and it has become the vehicle of my current mission to distill my experience into a coherent narrative to bring hope to humanity in troubled times. The goal for me is to uplift human consciousness for the benefit of all living things.

I have been living as a monk and traveling as a missionary for the last five years, and now I'm getting back to roots as a painter in order to infuse my artwork with spiritual meaning.
