Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Of course, I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please know I do everything in my power to get your product to you in perfect condition. If refund is agreed upon, refund will be sent once item is returned.

I accept credit and debit cards, Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. If you are paying via check or money order, your product will be shipped when the payment is received. Please remember to include shipping (if applicable)!

Shipping is free in the United States, and affordable abroad. I estimate my shipping costs using Etsy's shipping tool. If there is a disparity in the estimated cost and the actual cost, I am happy to refund the difference at your request. If the disparity is in your favor, consider it a gift. :) All orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post due to high cost of shipping. If you would like to receive your product via any other shipping method, please convo me so we can work out the details.

I will always ship to the address you provide on Etsy at check out, so please be sure to use the address where you want your item to be shipped. If you wish to have an item shipped to another address, let me know. Once your item has shipped I will let you know. Please do the same for me when you receive the item!

Insurance is available by request. If you prefer the package to be insured, please let me know, so I can add the price of insurance to your shipping cost. Uninsured packages are shipped at the risk of the buyer. Each item is an original and cannot be replaced. I will do everything I can to ensure your customer satisfaction.

I do accept requests for custom orders, however, be aware that due to the nature of painting, it may take up to a few months, depending on size, complexity, etc. If you are interested in seeing similar works to your request, let me know, and I will see if I have something that can give you an idea of my style and skill level.
