Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
For health reasons earrings cannot be returned. For all other items, the item can be returned within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. Please contact me in advance so I can provide return instructions. The item must be returned in original and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued through Paypal minus any shipping charges.
I accept PayPal. If you don't have and don't want a PayPal account you can still pay through PayPal with the "pay by credit card" option on the PayPal site.

Items shipped to New York state: Sales tax based on the county to which the item is shipped will be added.

If payment is not received within 3 days I will cancel the sale and re-list the item. Please let me know if you can't pay within 3 days and we can discuss.
I ship within 2 business days after payment clears.

I ship via USPS first class mail. If you require a different shipping method, insurance, tracking, or international shipping please contact me before your purchase so I can get you a quote. Buyer is responsible for upgraded shipping and insurance costs.

In an effort to be green and to keep a lid on costs for both you and me I re-use shipping materials where possible. If you are shipping your purchase to a gift recipient let me know and I will be happy to use new materials.

Please let me know if your Etsy shipping address is different than your PayPal shipping address. If there is a difference I will not ship until it is resolved.

I cannot be responsible for delayed items or those lost or damaged during shipping.

Any shipping, insurance, or customs charges cannot be refunded.
