Please be complete and concise as possible in your instructions! . I will spell names exactly as you provide them and can't be responsible for your misspellings or errors. If I make the mistake, I'll make it right at my expense! Please contact me if there is a problem as I want my customers to be happy with their order!

Polymer clay and resin ornaments are moisture resistant so they will not mold, mildew or disintegrate and can be stored in all temperatures. They are non-toxic and long lasting (I have some that are 20+ years old). The polymer clay can sometimes produce imperfections such as slight color differences or bumps, which is out of my control.

The polymer clay ornaments are durable but WILL break if you try to bend them or if dropped 'just right'. Contact me before you try to edit a spelling or repair your piece and I can give you suggestions. If you're local, I can accommodate the fix.

Do NOT use any cleaning products on ANY OF THESE ITEMS; simply clean with a dry cloth if needed.

Once delivered, all personalized items are not returnable except for errors made by me. If broken or damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and a photo of the damage will be required.

Once delivered, you notice you made an error in spelling or directions to me but want me to correct the error, I'm happy to do so but you will be responsible for the shipping back to me and the shipping back to you.

If you wish to return an item that has NOT been personalized, charges for the item only will be refunded but you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges. It must be returned within 10 days!

Since I individually hand craft my ornaments, paint each bank, and personalize free-hand, no two will be exactly alike and I don't intend them to be, which makes them uniquely one-of-a-kind! Sometimes I may add slightly different ribbons or embellishments to be equivalent to or improve what may be pictured.

Many items are made when ordered and I try to complete an order within 2-5 days. Your item will be wrapped in a festive cellophane gift bag, ready for gifting, & well secured for shipping!

You decide on the shipping method at checkout, however USPS delivery is based on peak times, especially during the holidays!
- First Class: 3-5 days
- Priority: 1-3 days
- Priority Express: 1-2 days
- Signature Confirmation is available (for a USPS fee)

You are notified by email when your package is on its way so PLEASE WATCH FOR IT! I am NOT responsible for it once the tracking indicates delivery to your address. If this worries you, I recommend you use the Signature Confirmation and it's handed to you or you can pick it up at your post office

An apostrophe is NOT needed on a last name!
In most cases, just add an "S" to the end of the name:
--example: Kennedy becomes Kennedys or The Kennedys
For names that end in "s," "x," "z," "ch," and "sh," you must add an "ES:"
--example: Jones becomes Joneses or The Joneses

Or just keep it simple and just add "family" to the name:
--example: "The Jones Family"
Better yet, especially for blended families, I recommend "Our Family!"

Some customers don't care if the apostrophe is incorrect, they want the apostrophe added so I WILL PRINT EXACTLY WHAT YOU REQUEST IN THE NOTE TO SELLER....it's YOUR ornament!
