Frequently asked questions
Safety Policy
These are ceramic/porcelain ornaments glazed with a coat of gloss varnish, and can break if dropped and should be handled with care. All of my products are NOT toys and are not suitable to be used as toys by children, or accidentally consumed by pets, or broken or cut to children, pets or adults. I can NOT be held responsible in any circumstance.
Care instructions
Simply clean with a dry cloth, if needed. Do NOT use any cleaning products on ANY OF THE ORNAMENTS or you will damage the ornament.
Why does my item not look exactly like the picture?
Since I individually hand-draw, print and paint, no two will be exactly alike and I don't intend them to be, which makes them uniquely one-of-a-kind!
How soon will my package arrive?
Allow 3 to 5 days before it leaves my studio. I use First Class shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS delivery is based on peak times. Other options are:
- First Class: 3-5 days
- Priority: 1-3 days
- Signature Confirmation if a porch delivery concerns you.
You are notified by email when your package is on its way so PLEASE WATCH FOR IT! I am NOT responsible for it once the package is taken to the post office.
What if I found a mistake once it's been mailed to me?
If you made the error or need to change something, I'm happy to fix it for you, free-of-charge, but you'll need to pay for the 2-way shipping (to me and back to you). If I made the mistake, I'll happily take care of it!
What if my ornament arrived broken?
Each order is VERY securely packaged and never has an ornament arrived broken due to my packing. If that should happen, contact me within 2 days with a photo of the damage. If the USPS damaged or crushed the box, you can file a claim with the USPS. However, I don't offer a refund or replacement due to USPS damage.
