This is the cutest lunch bag ever. I am pretty sure my coworkers are plotting to take it if I leave it at work too long. It does not hold odor and has a lot of space. 10/10 would recommend.

I am a nursing student , I got this for myself , loved it so much my teacher ordered one and my cousin who is a nurse ordered one as well ! It keeps your food cool for the entire 12 hours I’m at clinicals ! And I love the design ! Thank you !

Custom and personalized orders
Customizing includes the following: adding a zipper, color changes, design changes, monograms, vinyl pressing, size changes, fabric changes, etc. Bridal and Bulk orders are considered custom orders. These orders, once placed, are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled as they require purchasing supplies up front. In rare cases they may be subject to store credit on a case by case basis.
Do you wholesale?
I am 100% a handmade seller - I employ no help and work with no outside manufacturers. Therefore I do not offer traditional (50% + off) wholesale. However, I do offer percentage discounts on bulk orders on a case by case basis. Please ask!
When will my order ship?
Each item in my shop has a production range. Please check out the receipt for your assigned ship date - contact me asap if you need to adjust, and I'll do the best I can :-)
Can I have this order rushed?
Whenever possible I try to accommodate rush requests. During extremely busy times of year (i.e. spring break, Christmas, wedding season) I may not be able to help. Rush orders require a rush fee and priority shipping. Please contact me before ordering to inquire about rushing an order. Thanks!
Can this ship sooner?
I have an extremely high order volume, I'm truly blessed! However, that means any special shipping requests must be placed BEFORE ordering your items. If you include a note with an order - without contacting me first - it may not be honored.
If your country is not listed, International shipping may be available on request. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I ship via International first class USPS postage - once shipment leaves the USA all responsibility goes to the customer's postal agency. Buyers should familiarize themselves with their country's postal regulations, fees and policies. NO REFUNDS will be given for international shipments.
All returns (with the exception of custom items) are considered on a case by case basis. All returns, once approved, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customer will be responsible for any damage or wear on return items and that amount will be deducted from the return balance. I do not refund shipping charges.
Loss of Item Due to Postal Service
All of my items are shipped with tracking numbers. Threaded will NOT assume responsibility for delivered items. Threaded will NOT reimburse or replace items that are lost by USPS. If you would like to use another carrier you must contact me and request alternate shipping services.
Monogram & Embroidery Proofs
I would be happy to provide a proof - ON REQUEST - however with my high order volume I do not provide them unless requested. When requested, I provide them FREE of charge.
Incorrect Mailing Address on Order
If your mailing address is incorrect and an item is returned to me, you will be invoiced for shipping to have it sent to the correct address. Please check your address when you order. I offer FREE shipping on many items, but I only offer it once. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
