Shop policies
Here you will find pretty things made with mostly cardstock. I am a happily married, stay at home Mama of 5, who all inspire and encourage me to make beautiful things, along with my sister. Please take a look around the shop and if you don't see something you are looking for let me know. I'm sure we can come up with some beautiful items that will make you say, "ooh la la"

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Returns and exchange details
There are no refunds on printed invitations or favor boxes or personalize/custom items and used cupcake wrappers or toppers (for food safety reasons).
No refunds on the shipping due to delays beyond our control. which includes USPS delays and matters of nature as we make every attempt to have your items to you.
There are no refunds on shipping of returned items. Buyer is responsible for shipping return fees.
Please carefully look at photos of cupcakes in wrappers to make sure the size will work for you. Please note they are slightly wider and taller to compensate the frosting loving frosters. Refund on cupcake wrappers will be given upon return of unused/unopened wrappers or toppers in its original sleeve. Cupcake wrappers must have the seal unbroken and intact. This is due to food safety measures. Once they have been opened we are no longer able to resell them. Refund on the items only, buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Thanks you!
Payment
*Custom designs and custom requests are always welcome. Please email me at oohlalapaperie [!at] gmail.com and I would love to accommodate your requests. Please note that there will be a set up fee for each custom design. 'Custom' designs are those that are not already available at the shop and/or designed by Ooh La La Party Paperie
Custom designs are:
-Changes in overall look, size, and theme of a design
-Changes in greater than 50% of color and graphic content
-These are not subject to refunds
* There is a two week lead time on most *ASSEMBLED*orders. Please inquire via email or convo whether an order can be done in less time.
*If more photos are needed of certain products, please let me know and I can accommodate your request. :)
*Rush orders are accepted but please first convo me to inquire of schedule availability. Also, a rush order fee will be added to your order total.
*Samples are also available! The sample must be purchased through my site, but a special listing is required. Please convo me so a special listing can be made for you. Buyer is also responsible for shipping.
*The Ooh La La Party Paperie logo will be on the posterior side of each invitation and on the bottom of each favor box. Thank you for understanding.
*Printable products are for personal use only. Under no circumstances are they to be altered or sold for profit. Ooh La La Party Paperie holds the copyright to each finished design.
Shipping
It is not my practice or interest to make money off of the shipping of your products, for smaller orders (i.e., an order of cupcake toppers or party favor tags), or larger orders (party packages that include party hats, banners, signs, etc), please convo me for your listing so that it will reflect the accurate pricing of your purchase if you choose. This will prevent extra/unnecessary transactions through Paypal for payments made in short or in excess.
For domestic and international orders, we are not responsible for lost items.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Shipping can take approximately 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, sometimes longer. Once shipped and accepted by the USPS, it is no longer in our control. Ooh La La Paperie and Boutique is not responsible for lost and damaged mail by USPS. Or mail that have arrived later than the expected delivery date provided by the USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping can take 1-3 weeks. Please take into consideration when placing an order. Once shipped and accepted by the USPS, it is no longer in our control.
***The customer is responsible for any custom fees or taxes that may be applied upon entry into to their country.***
Additional policies and FAQs
Cancellations for full refund are ONLY accepted if requested 3 days from purchase. Please understand that we reserve the date given by you, therefore we limit the quantity of orders accepted on that date and turn down other potential order. Cancellations requested after 1 week from purchase a cancellation fee would be deducted from the refund.
RUSH FEE:
Most items require 10 days-2 weeks to process. Any orders needed or need to be shipped sooner than 7 days may incur a rush fee. A rush fee is to expedite the order and to extend our working hours to complete the order. The rush fee is based on the items, quantity and the complexity.
APPEARANCE:
We strive to make the colors shown as accurate as possible. However, due to the inconsistencies of various monitors, the
colors on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual color. Screen images should be used as a guide
only.
