My name is Ooty and I am the artist behind this shop.
All items are created in my home studio in Israel =0).
I hand create all items with high attention to detail, quality materials and much love!!!

For International Buyers, I accept payment via PayPal only. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, just a credit or debit card. Payment is due in full at time of purchase.
+ order will be cancel if a payment is not receive within 24 hours from the day an order is placed.
For Israeli Buyers,the "OTHER" option at payment-is for cash payment and self pick up. If you choose to do that please let me know.

Shipping rates can be found at all of my item listings. For large orders of multiple items I can often give a shipping discount, or will refund any extra shipping paid.
Israeli Buyers - can arrenge with me self pick up with no shipping costs.

All order will be send out through Israeli Postal Office.

Refunds and Exchanges
refunds and exchanges are acceptable only if I make a mistake.
However, if you just changed your mind about your order, then you will have to pay the fee of shipping the order back to me. after I received the items without any damage as when I sent it, I'll then refund the original price of your order, minus shipping and 15% restocking fee.
