BIG BANG happen at the end of 2012 after i finally decided to create our Etsy online store.

The life has been changed extremely fast after my first upload. From those moment until now together with my husband we are using huge efforts and love to create our dreams and to explore the world full of extraordinary moments.

Distressing and Painting of raw metal Lanterns and creating unique by design Centerpieces is our Power.
Mixing candy colors is job of my husband who is artist in third generation. Mine is managing shop... Our aim is to keep the Lanterns line simple and admirable by style.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
MAY I HAVE A REFUND?
I want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. If for some reason you wish to return it, please notify me as soon as possible after receiving the item. The product should be sent back within 5 days after notification, and returned in its original shape. Shipping charges are non-refundable, shipment return costs are under the buyer's expense. Refunds due to postage delay are not eligible. Unclaimed packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
I accept payments by Paypal. And contact me if you inquire any other methods.
Your items will be shipped when payment clears.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
Etsy process credit card payment through Paypal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. When you check out, click "Pay," then click on the "Don't Have a Paypal Account?" link to go to the credit card processing page. Paypal offers industry-leading security measures and buyer protection.

DO YOU OFFER YOUR ITEMS AT WHOLESALE PRICES?
Yes, I am happy to work with brick and mortar retailers, and in some cases online retailers. Please contact me.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO INTERIOR DESIGNERS?
Yes, I can arrange special terms on sales to the trade. Please contact me.
Shipping
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
I currently ship via Bulgarian Post or Cyprus Post. Upgrades are available as requested.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I ship all orders within 1-2 business days after your payment by Priority Air Mail with tracking number. SAL Mail Service is used upon request.
While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, Post office allow up to:
- 1-2 weeks for packages shipped to Europe.
- 2-3 weeks for packages shipped to US and Australia.
- 2-4 weeks for shipping to the rest of the world.

Please, remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable.
Post Offices can occasionally delay packages due to Customs or Nature Disasters.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates the package has delivered but you have not received it, contact us so I can assess the situation further.
If your items arrive damaged, email it to us, and we'd be happy to replace it.
