AMAZING! I had a lil issue with my address and needed to change it, the seller made it all too easy and was very kind about it and managed to still make an incredibly rapid delivery. The hair fork itself is absolutely breathtaking! The details are gorgeous and the woodwork is just flawless. The fork is also perfectly balanced and holds the hair very nicely. Thank you so much, I recommend it 100% and I WILL buy again from this store later on.

Fast ship in a padded paper mailer with lots of bubblewrap and pretty tissue...and pretty cording :) I found a bird one! I love it :) It's a bird of the evening sunset in the desert, where the skies are ablaze with fiery pink clouds. I love the dark shimmers of night at the bottom, too. Just had to enlarge my collection with two longer sticks as the hair is growing. They are purely magical, especially when the light shines through. Magnificent hair stick, my choice was difficult, (they are all gorgeous) the range of colors is impressive as are the patterns. The creator of these little "jewels" is very friendly and devoted to her customers. I advise you without context to buy these creations with your eyes closed, you will be surprised and amazed by such beauty. Delivery is quick.

Worst experience I’ve had with an Etsy seller. Have a child who is sick & was searching for a custom wand I could add personal symbols for both of us. I decided on this wand seller because of her good reviews. Found the wand I wanted & at checkout I wrote I wanted 3 symbols on wand & wrote that I was unsure of the third symbol & would work with seller. After waiting a couple of days, never heard back from seller & picked a symbol on my own & wrote her. Seller wrote back that she'd decided to only do the first two symbols & shipped it out without the third. She callously wrote, I hope you’re not too disappointed. I responded that I WAS disappointed & asked why she didn't contact me. Seller refused to answer why she didn’t contact me & refused to apologize & make things right. Hate leaving neg feedback, but this seller earned it.
