Founded in 2013, Orange Umbrella Company is a one-stop online destination for high-quality handmade paper goods personalized to your special events and planning needs. We strive to produce captivating experiences where significance and creativity come together by offering the service, selection, and quality you and your guests deserve.

I picked the name "Umbrella" because I wanted to be a one stop shop for paper goods for your event. I ran OUC by myself until mid 2015 when Beth joined the team. We signed up for Amazon handmade in late 2015 and we just began to grow and grow. We are 8 members strong now and absolutely love our jobs!

We operate out of a really cool old EMT building that looks like an old-school firehouse. We are open Mon thru Fri 9am to 3pm. Local customers are more than welcome to schedule an appointment and stop by for order pickup.

    Allison works remotely from her little space in Dayton, Ohio. She's one of our friendly customer service reps and designers. Her hand lettered and hand drawn designs are UH-MAZ-ING.

    Designer, Customer Service, Maker

    Lindsey works a few days at the shop foiling and a few days remotely taking photos, processing orders and answering emails. She does all the things. Our own personal little floater! :)

Returns and exchange details
Cancellations: Items are made to order at the time of order. We begin working on items almost immediately after your order is submitted. Due to this we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests, or offer only partial credit.

Cancellations on proofed items: Cancellation requests received after proofing will be subject to a $7.00 digital file charge.

OUC guarantees all of our mistakes will be corrected.

Non-Customized items are able to be returned for a refund.

Custom orders that can not be resold (i.e. personalized stickers, tags, etc) are non refundable and non returnable unless an error was made on our end. Please ask all questions prior to submitting your order.
Payment
We accept PayPal and credit cards through Etsy's direct checkout system. We also accept Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
All items will process within our standard turn time of 3-5 business days. Because we use third party shipping services we are unable to guarantee any specific delivery date. We can only guarantee a ship date and give you an expected delivery window. We include tracking on all packages. The tracking info is sent to the email address on file with Etsy.

International Buyers: We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, etc. Please inform yourself of those potential charges before you purchase. We are legally responsible for being honest on the customs forms.

Some International first class packages can not be tracked any further than the main postal hub in the US before it crosses the border. We do not consider international packages lost until 5-6 weeks after the ship date.

**IMPORTANT** If you requested a proof please watch your Etsy convo box for these messages. We send a reminder if we have not heard from you within 2 days of the proof being sent. If 2 more days pass and there has been no word we will ship them as proofed.

As with any online transaction, if you are unhappy, please contact us to work it out before leaving feedback. Orange Umbrella Co is highly respectful of our customers and just want you to be happy. We don't know there's a problem unless you tell us.

Do I Get A Proof??

STICKERS & TAGS:
By default, we do not send proofs. This allows us to have the fastest turn time possible! However, we are happy to send a proof if requested in the note to seller box. Allow up to 2 business days for your proof to arrive in your etsy inbox. Proofing WILL delay the shipment of your order. Please do not request a proof if you are in a hurry for your order.

SIGNS & CARDS:
We do not proof these items.

MAIL TO LABELS & ESCORT CARDS:
You will receive a proof in your etsy inbox 4 business days after your information is received.

Will You Do a Custom/Different Design??

At this time we are not taking on custom/new design requests. Thank you to all of our customers for keeping us so busy with the designs we already offer in the shop.

We are not offering custom logo printing at this time.

Can I Add Printing To The Back of My Tags?
