We sell direct at Gem Shows, and here in our Etsy shop.....
Unless clearly stated, all our stones are natural, mined, and untreated;
we do not carry any doublets or triplets.
If you don't like any stone, for any reason, we'll give a 100% full refund...

I will always try my best to accurately represent my products: I take my pictures with a Canon Power Shot SX130, in full sunlight, on macro setting...
Most stones look their best in full sunlight rather than low room lighting....
Always refer to the sizes given in the description.....

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I prefer paypal, and Etsy Direct Pay, but I accept check or money order also...I can also accept credit cards directly, over the phone...Convo me if you need to use that option....

I don't use payment deadlines; need time to pay? Let me know; I believe in lots of communication.........

Domestic First Class is FREE - Insured, with delivery confirmation.....
You may combine as many items as you like into one shipment, just let me know before paying so I can combine them......
