Returns and exchanges

Returns on unbroken pottery or sculpture may be exchanged for other work within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Return shipping is non-refundable. For more detailed information and instructions please convo me.

Payment

You can pay through Paypal or send a money order. Send your money order to Amanda Lewis, 16 Siverling Rd, Clarion, PA. PA residents add 6% sales tax to your order. Your order will be sent upon recieving your payment.

Shipping

My shipping rates are for US only. To find out shipping cost to your address please convo me. It is of utmost importance to me that all my pots arrive safely to your door. All items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (2-3)days (for US orders). Each piece will be wrapped with a ton of bubble wrap, boxed, wrapped again with more packing, and boxed again. This ensures the inner box will not be directly impacted in anyway. I strongly recommend you pay for insurance on the shipment. Notify me if you would like to do so and I will adjust your shipping cost accordingly. I will have a tracking number for all parcels.
