With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delay in shipments worldwide. Shipments may be delayed to up to 6-8 weeks before they will be delivered due to limitation on freight/logistic availability.
Adjustment were also made to postage as freight surcharge are currently being imposed by DHLGlobalMail, With immediate effect, all shipments will be sent with door to door tracking ($4 value) and shipping cost are reflected as such.

It is by chance that I came across ETSY many moons ago. I was looking to share my origami creations online while trying to balance life and find sanity being a mom to 2 little rascal ^-^
Been hooked ever since.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
To any exchanges (if agreed) the buyer will be responsible for the shipping of the items.
Payment
All purchases must be paid within 7 days after the order is placed. we will convo the buyer should the payment fail to go through. After which, we will proceed to cancel the order if we did not hear back for the buyer within 7 days.
Shipping
We will combine ship from any of the shops for purchases made within the same day. Just make your purchase and pay as usual (please ensure if within the same day) and we will charge combine ship rate and refund the excess to your paypal account.
All shipment will be via International AirMail via DHL GlobalMail.
Shipping upgrade options are available for door to door tracking or express services.
As a general guideline, shipment in general will take about 10 to 12 workings days to arrive from date of shipment.
We will not be responsible for postal delays or any other concerns of delivery and pick up as these are out of our control. Please also note that we are not responsible for customs fees nor can we advise about the rules regarding customs fees for any country.
However, we will be more than happy to assist in which ever we can to work things out as we REALLY REALLY would like you to receive the package in good order.
If you would like to have the shipment tracking number provided, please convo us separately. We would be glad to furnish them once the package is shipped.
