Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and Etsy's direct checkout. Please pay or make arrangements to pay within 24 of placing the order.

There is a Sales Tax Charge on all Michigan orders of 6%.
Shipping
United States Shipping includes USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the item. Express is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact for quote. Insurance is NOT included but can be added upon request for an additional fee.

International Shipping includes USPS Priority Mail and varies per item. Express is also available upon request for an additional fee. Contact for quote.

Most orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Once the item is processed and shipped, a notification email will be sent with tracking information.

ORIGINS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages due to courier error. Once a package is shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to track the package and contact me within 3 business days past the expected delivery date AND contact the courier service in your area to locate the package or file a claim. Shipping fees do not include insurance but it is available upon request for an additional fee.

In the event that a buyer submits the wrong address, and the package is returned to ORIGINS, buyer will have to pay additional shipping fees for the package to be shipped out again. If the buyer doesn't pay these additional shipping fees, a refund will not be issued for the purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a personalized item is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days and I will get another one out to you as soon as possible. You will need to send a photo of the damaged/incorrect item as well.

ORIGINS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during delivery. A refund will not be issued for this reason. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact ORIGINS with in 3 business days of a package reported missing or damaged AND to contact the local courier to file a claim.

Due to the nature of this business, and the personalization of each item, ORIGINS does not offer refunds.

ORIGINS is not responsible for spelling errors, punctuation, typographical errors, etc. on personalization of any item. If the item is personalized incorrectly, please contact me immediately to work on terms for purchasing a new item. Please double check all personalization details at the time of ordering.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun to be processed. If you have decided to cancel your order, please contact me immediately to see if it's possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
SUBMITTING PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION
After a purchase is complete, please submit all photos and personalization details (text, fonts, cliparts, logos, etc.) using the form mentioned in the listing or through an Etsy Conversation. I can prepare a proof of the layout prior to engraving for approval upon request.

ITEMS MAY VARY FROM LISTING PHOTOS
Most of the materials I work with are natural materials. Their color, shape, size, grain, texture, overall look and how they react to the processes of sandblasting, engraving, sublimation, etc. may vary slightly from the images you see in my listings. I do check for any defects, fractures or anything that would take away from the look and feel of the final piece before I process any orders. Some of the pieces I personalize are also handmade and cannot be duplicated as to why some may look slightly different. Because I do not have any control over natural materials, I cannot issue refunds or exchanges based on these issues.

DEADLINES
If you have a deadline for your gift, please note that in the Notes section of the order. ORIGINS will work hard to get your item to you in time. If your deadline is very soon, please contact to confirm I can get it out in time prior to purchase. Be sure to note the specific item you're looking for and the quantity in the message.
