HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
All orders are usually shipped between 1 to 3 business days. For larger orders, it may take a longer time, but that is agreed upon individually with the customer.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All of our items are shipped by Latvian Post. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be handled and delivered by your local mail carrier. In case choosing Express shipping method - UPS or Fedex is used as delivery partners. When choosing the Express delivery method please leave your phone number!

Deliveries are normally made within the following timeframes after they have been shipped:

Canada - 2-5 weeks
Europe - 3-15 business days
Australia/NZ - 2-5 weeks
DIDN'T RECEIVE WHAT YOU WANT?
If your item arrives damaged or differs from our product listing, returns on personalized items are usually not accepted. We do everything we can to ensure that our products fulfill the needs of our customers. If an item arrives with flaws, please notify us within 14 days after receiving it so that we may begin the process of resolving the issue.
What if my order is returned to the sender?
We are not collecting orders coming back from outside EU, thus taxes are applied for us to receive them.
