Obsessed with this record cabinet. Yes it took awhile to get to me but the seller was up front about the timeline and very quick to respond to any messages. A++ all the way around and I am already planning on ordering another piece to match.

The keyboard stand is perfect. The assembly was super easy, Christina was super fast on replying, and my keyboard now looks so so good with this stand. It took a few months to receive, but the wait was so worth it. The only thing that was hard, was getting the pieces out of the packaging when it came in, haha. They do a good job packaging your order so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Custom and personalized orders
We love custom orders! Send us a message with what you want and if we can build it, we will! Send photos, drawings, dimensions, etc.... We NEVER charge extra for custom. We only charge extra or charge less if dimensions or additions change enough to alter the price and shipping costs, up or down.
How do I clean my furniture?
We use a low voc water based polyurethane to finish our furniture. This provides a smooth finish that brings out the beauty in the wood and is great for standing up to moisture. It doesn't have a strong odor like lacquer does. Simply wipe clean with a water damp rag or use wood cleaner, such as Murpheys orange or Method almond wood cleaner. Anything thats gentle. We like to use those natural cleaning wipes, they work great too. Do not use abrasive cleaners or abrasive sponges.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Damage rarely happens because we package very well. If it does happen, we don't make you file the claim because we are the shipper and the shipper files the claim. All shipments are insured. Any damage claims will be handled on a case by case basis. If your furniture does arrive damaged, take photos right away of the damage and the packaging we used. Fedex needs to see how well we package. Options can include: Repair kit, partial compensation, full compensation or a full replacement will be issued, depending on the circumstances and extent of the damage. Compensation will be determined by us and by FedEx insurance claim specialist, once the claim is processed.
Why do we use pine wood?
Timber is usually classified as either hardwood, from broad leafed trees like beech and oak, or softwood from conifers like pine and fir. Simply because they're replaceable, fast-growing species like pine trees tend to be more sustainable than slow-growing trees like oak, maple and walnut.
We are proud to craft our furniture from pine wood! Its economical, it is easier to ship than any other wood because of the light weight and it allows us to sell amazing quality solid wood furniture for a fraction of the price. You don't really need to spend the extra money on hardwoods to have quality furniture. Pine is more than fine..... it is fantastic!
ETA's and Turn Around Time
Our turn around times can vary. We receive new orders on a daily basis and every order is different from the next, so it can be very difficult to predict build time for each order. We always ship as quickly as we can, but there can be a long wait. Please read the descritpion of the item you are interested in, there will state the estimated processing time for that item.

Can I cancel my order?
You are welcome to cancel your order if it has not yet been built or shipped. Please contact us right away if you want to cancel, and if we have not started building your project we will cancel and fully refund. Vintage items cannot be canceled because we ship those too quickly.
How much weight does your furniture hold?
Our furniture holds the weight of what it is intended for. Do not sit, stand or use the furniture in any other way than what we have described it to be used as.
Desks: computers, lamps, keyboards, electric pianos, books...
Sofa tables: lamp, decor items, books...
Bookshelves: books, lamps, decor items...
Record cabinets: records, books, lamps...
Coffee tables: books, computers, rest feet and legs on...

If you intend to use our furniture for sitting or standing on, please contact us first to request a custom item. We can build a piece that is meant for your intended use.
Do you accept rush orders?
We only accept rush orders on certain items and when the option is available, it will show as a selection to choose during checkout.
What is your Return Policy?
We do allow returns on handmade furniture orders but not if they are extremely custom to fit your needs. If we cannot easily resell it we cannot accept a return. We do accept returns on most furniture items but the buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping and the item must be returned in original condition. If there is damage, loss of value will be deducted from the refund. Also, any shipping costs we paid to ship the original order will be deducted from the refund. Shipping is not free, shipping is included in the price you pay.
