All natural items in this shop are found by luck and season, the types of bones/wood/herbs i find vary greatly from year to year and season to season - just as it does in nature.

When I am lucky enough to meet other ethical scavengers we do trade bones, supplies and raw materials. (i do not buy bulk bones online, i do not support fur farms, factory farms, trapping, trophy hunting or the exotic pet trade)

I use the bones i find out in the wild : hunter dumped, natural death and some from roadkill. I always move animals out of the road (when safe & possible) to create safer feeding for other scavengers.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER

This shop and all parts involved are taken care of by One person. That means all the listings, all the making, all the photographs, all the shipping, all the emailing is done by one little lady who happens to have an Autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's & its companions: endometriosis, hypothyroidism and some other fun stuff that comes with the territory of Chronic Illness. Some days i'm in bed with exhaustion, some days i'm in the Emergency Room with pain and some days i feel almost normal.

My partner and I also live Very Rural. We loose internet connection often & the post office is ONLY open Monday-Friday. I generally ship items out Once a week & I try my best to get all orders out on time, but keep in mind shipping times are Approximate.

Your item may ship a few days late due to a variety of reasons - please - if you need or want your item by a specific date you must ask before you order, otherwise - understand that there may be shipping delays.

Where is my package?

Currently ALL shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This information is from www.usps.com. Please track your package.

Once i hand packages to the Post Office, i have Zero control over the packages or how the United States Post Office handles that package.

- Go to www.usps.com to track your package

Says “delivered” but you can’t find it :
- Check to make sure your Shipping Address is correct,
- check with your neighbors,
- Contact the Post Office USPS Track and Confirm Customer Service Number 1-800-222-1811

If your package was insured you can Contact me and i will help you File a Claim with the Post office. Note - refunds will be given after the post office has reimbursed me and the case is close

Cancellations / Canceled Orders

All cancelled orders will be charged a $2.00 relisting free for Each item, this amount will be deducted from your refund. Orders must be canceled within 24 hours.

I try my best to get all orders out on time,
keep in mind shipping times are APPROXIMATE.

I live rural and can lose power and internet service for days at a time, or the road may flood -
this may delay shipping as well as prevent me from contacting you.

All aspects of this shop are run by one lady (social media, advertising, photography,
concept, creation, purchasing supplies, answering customer emails, packaging and
shipping - which currently requires a 24 mile trip into town & back).
I truly appreciate your patience.

The prices for shipping are automatically calculated by the United States postal service,
we have ZERO control over them.

Unless an item is FLAT it must be shipped as a Package not a Letter.

Base price for a 2 oz PACKAGE from USA to Canada is $10 - and pricing goes up from there.
