OTDUDE is now on ETSY

OTDUDE.com was born in 2019 in Petaluma, CA by an Occupational Therapist.
As a New Grad, I found myself frustrated by the lack of available free occupational therapy resources. With my background and knowledge in graphic design, videography, and editing I decided to create a website to raise awareness of the profession but also to provide a valuable resource to the community.

As a male OT, I also noticed that there were not many products geared towards guys in the field. I started my own store on OTDUDE.com to test the waters and expanded out to ETSY to reach a wider audience.

I want my customers to be completely satisfied. You can buy with confidence. I welcome your feedback and suggestions to improve my products.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive? Do you provide tracking?

Your order comes with tracking and will be provided via e-mail when a shipping label is created.

The time your package takes to arrive depends on 1) Processing Time (see individual items for specific processing times) and 2) Carrier Shipping Time. Business days depend on the carrier and may not include weekends or postal holidays. Please note that shipping times are estimates and message updates may be delayed depending on the carrier. You can choose to upgrade your shipping for expedited delivery, but this does NOT affect the order processing time beforehand.

What happens if my item gets damaged upon arrival or is defective?

We understand that things can happen. After providing photo evidence of the damaged or defective item, we can either replace it or provide a refund.

What happens if I mis-typed or mis-pelled something on my personalized order.

Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you noticed an error. We will try my best to respond and fix the issue. However, once an order is shipped, we WILL NOT be responsible for the error. Please triple check before placing your order.

Do you offer a warranty?

Life happens. We totally understand.
We offer a LIMITED WARRANTY on all our products.
We want you to buy with confidence and be satisfied with your purchase. Should your item break (and was not subject to misuse) within 365 days (1 year) of purchase, please contact us to start a claim. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If warranted, we will remake the item and ship it to you. A photo of the item will be needed for our records.

I think my package got lost or stolen!

Due to shipping being handled by a third party, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please consider shipping to another address if you will not be available to receive it. At checkout, you have the option of upgrading to shipping with Insurance in case your item gets lost. Also, please contact the shipping company first to ask for assistance in locating your package or consider asking your neighbor to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them.

Are you open during holidays?

We continue to produce our products within or immediately after the holidays. We will notify buyers if we are closed or on vacation. Note that shipping companies such as USPS may be closed on holidays and cause delays in shipping times that are out of our control.

The photos in the listings are blurry, will the final product look like that?

We use the highest resolution possible to both DESIGN and PRINT our products. Images shown on our shop may appear blurry due to image compression to decrease website loading time for you. Poor image quality is my pet peeve. We also personally quality-check each item. No pixelated images here. *If you use your personalized photo or graphic for customized/personalized items, we ask that you provide us with the highest resolution image possible. If we feel that the image you send us will result in poor image quality, we will let you know before production so that there will be no surprises. Tip: set your camera settings to the highest resolution possible.

Do you custom-make your items?

Yes! All items are made to order and custom made by hand. They are each checked for quality prior to being shipped to you.

Why do the colors look different than the listing?

Many factors including monitors, screen types, and even screen brightness levels can affect how the colors of listings look compared to our products in real life. We cannot guarantee that the colors of what you get will look what you see on your screen. We try our best to produce the most accurate and best looking colors for our customers.
