We try to use as much recycled packing material as possible so sometimes there might be mixed media to secure your package.

Sometimes we build our own boxes from recycled cardboard to do our part for sustainability.

I do offer simple rustic gift wrapping with recycled brown paper and jute (thin rope) for signs if you like. Please let me know in the message to seller if you would like that.

I am happy to do personalized orders to suit your needs. To insure customer satisfaction I will communicate with the buyer to gather as many details as possible and then send a photo of the finished product for approval before shipment.

Since it doesn't ship until approval there will be no refunds or exchanges on customized orders.

We only used reclaimed wood and most of that wood comes from discarded pallets. We clean it up and sand it smooth to get it ready for your home.
It will have holes, cracks and nails that add rustic charm and character but that means that each piece is one of a kind and unique to you.

Due to the differences in each reclaimed wood board the stain of your choice might be a shade lighter or darker than the color chart.

I have tested very many of our signs outside and they don't have problems unless you put them where they are sprayed regularly by water sprinklers. So I would say that they are weather resistant and not weather proof.
