Info COVID19. Most of the Barcelona Tiles mosaics were produced, packaged, and stored prior to the state of health alarm. Any production process and subsequent handling for shipment follow scrupulously the hygiene standards set by the health authorities. As an extraordinary measure, national and international shipments will be sent on Mondays and Thursdays. All together we will make it!

My experience with Otven was fantastic: Communication was easy and shipping was better than I hoped, as my parcel arrived within 2 days of placing the order despite peak online shopping season! The piece came well protected. Odón was ready to answer any questions, managed my expectations and gave me a great impression as an artist and etsy seller. It almost felt like shopping in person. He has come to live in Barcelona and I thought it was a good detail for him to feel at ease in his new home, characteristic of Barcelona and a good memory of the city if one day he decides to return to France. He loved it. It may be half "souvenir", but in style, of these you can't find! I added a basic ikea frame 23x23, it exists in black and white. precious!

I know, you want your OTVEN Handmade order, now! For this reason, I always try to make shipments on the next business day after making your purchase. Many of the Barcelona Tiles mosaics are already produced, so the preparation time is almost 0. In addition, I simplify the packaging, without losing protection, making light and ecological shipments.
We want to know, all time, where on the planet your order is. I make all shipments with a tracking number. Everything under control.
Approximate deliveries for Spain:
- Local: 1-2 business day.
- National: 3-4 business days.
Approximate deliveries for the rest of the world:
- European Union: 1-3 business days.
