I was out of the country due to a family emergency when this order came in and when I realized I wouldn't be able to ship it in the timeframe, I promptly let the buyer know and refunded her. She mentioned it was for a gift in January and was interested in repurchasing the item. I let her know I'd be back in France mid-October and we could go ahead then. I never received a reply to my message and instead got a 1-star review, despite replying to her in a timely manner and processing a refund.
