What types of materials are used in your items?
In order to create products that are great for crafters and the planet, we strive to use only sustainable materials. These include yarn and fabric made of all natural fibers, organic fibers, recycled and up-cycled fibers. Natural/Organic fibers ensure that the items will not cause long term plastic pollution. Recycled/Up-Cycled fibers insure that the materials are not going to waste as unnecessary pollution, and instead are used to create something wonderful! Each listing will have the materials of the included items available to view.
When can I expect my package to be shipped?
Our listings consist of both already stocked and made to order items. Made to order items take time to be created after your purchase, and the maximum processing time is noted with each listing. If an item is in stock, we will be sure to ship it as early as possible. While our processing time may be up to a few weeks, we always strive to have your items on their way as quickly as possible!
Can I receive my items wrapped and ready to gift?
Yes, gift wrapping is available at checkout!
How do I request a custom order or gift?
Please feel free to message us with any custom requests or ideas you may have. We will be able to work out the details via message before creating a custom listing for you to purchase.
Where do you source the materials for your craft kits?
Each listing will provide detailed information regarding the source of all materials in the kit. In general, we work with WeCrochet and Organic Cotton Plus for most of our yarn and fibers!
