Wallflower is a vintage boutique in San Francisco’s Mission District specializing in clothing, home decor and other treasures for modern living.

We specialize in handpicked 60s and 70s clothing and accessories, as well as retro home decor for a peaceful and comfortable home accented with quirk and charm. We're constantly adding fun pieces to the online shop and brick & mortar, so please swing on by for new additions!

Payment
Please message us with any questions prior to purchasing an item! We will respond back as soon as possible. Please purchase only if you are confident and certain about an item once the policies, item description, and measurements have been read.

We accept all major credit cards via direct checkout and Paypal.

Items are not eligible for layaway or reserve. We request that payment be made at time of purchase.

Sales tax will be collected from California residents. San Francisco residents pay 8.75% and all other locations in CA pay 7.5% sales tax.

International buyers are responsible for customs fees and all other fees imposed by your country. We do not falsify customs forms.
Shipping
Please make sure the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal are updated; contact us immediately if the address needs to be updated.

Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 days. We will send a SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION message with tracking number (domestic orders) or customs number (international orders) once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for customs fees and all other fees imposed by your country. We will not falsify customs forms.

Please contact us with SPECIAL REQUESTS before purchasing an item. We will do our best to accommodate your needs! Examples include:
-- expedited or specific delivery requests
-- adding insurance to a package
-- adding signature confirmation if you feel your shipping address is not secure

For CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, SMALLS: We ship USPS priority mail and first class. Tracking is included in the price of domestic orders.

For FURNITURE: Please contact us for a shipping quote. We ship furniture to the United States only. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate international shipping of furniture at this time.

We are not responsible for damaged/lost packages and delays at international customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Wallflower brings you high quality hand-picked items and do our best to accurately represent all details and condition. These items are unique, one of a kind vintage pieces and may show minor signs of wear. Notable issues with condition are described in the listing, when applicable.

Please pay special attention to measurements and our policies prior to completing your purchase.

All items are sold in as-is condition and we do not accept returns. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so please message us if you feel the item was mistakenly misrepresented in the listing. For return requests, we must receive a message within 2 days of delivery date; please include a detailed description and photo, if applicable, so we may assess the situation.
