Frequently asked questions
Are the notebooks customisable?
Yes, the notebooks in our store are customisable (i.e. a message on the inside cover, with ‘This belongs to [Name]’). You can request a custom order and we will reply as soon as possible to let you know if we will be able to complete your request. Please send us a message for more information.
Custom orders are subject to a price change; therefore, we advise that you send us a message before purchasing. We will not accept any requests if it has not been requested before purchase.
How is my order packaged and shipped?
All our orders are packaged in clear sealable bags.
Items such as pens and canvases are packaged in brown padded envelopes for protection. Our notebooks are packaged in clear sealable bags and in 'Do Not Bend' envelopes.
• UK orders are shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail.
• International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard.
What is the estimated delivery?
• UK orders are shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail, which means they have an estimate delivery of 1-3 working days.
• International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard, which means they have an estimate delivery of 5-7 working days.
Does my order have tracking?
All our orders are shipped with Standard Shipping, which means that our orders do not have any tracking. However, we have shipping upgrades available for international orders with which your order can be tracked and signed. For UK orders, please message us if you would like your order tracked.
I haven't received my order yet and it is past the estimate delivery date. Where is it?
• For UK orders, your order may be delivered later than the estimate delivery as there may be delays by the shipping company. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within a week of shipping.
• For international orders, your order may be delivered later than the estimate delivery as there may be delays by the shipping company. Delays may also occur due to customs and in-country postal services. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within four weeks of shipping.
What information should I provide when requesting a custom order?
• When requesting a custom order, we advise that you let us know which of our items you would like to customise, how you would like to customise the item (e.g. any messages or quotes), the ship-to-country and an estimate of when you would like for us to ship your order by. Providing this information will help us understand your request more clearly and will allow us to respond to your request faster.
• Custom orders are subject to a price change; therefore, we advise that you send us a message before purchasing. We will not accept any requests if it has not been requested before purchase.
I've given the wrong shipping address.
As a buyer, it is your responsibility to check that you have provided us with the correct shipping address.
Please check that you have provided us with the correct shipping address, as no refunds will be made and no replacements will be sent due to incorrect shipping address, once the parcel has been shipped.
In the case that the parcel is returned to us, we offer a refund of the item total (and not the shipping cost). We also offer to re-ship the parcel to the correct shipping address at the customer's expense (payment for the shipping cost).
If we have not yet shipped the parcel, please let us know as soon as possible and we will update the shipping address.
International orders: Tracking? I have not received my order yet.
• We ship worldwide by Royal Mail.
• All our orders are shipped with Standard Shipping, which means that our orders do not have any tracking, unless you have chosen a shipping upgrade (in which case, you will be provided with a Tracking reference number).
• Your order may be delivered later than the estimate delivery as there may be delays by Royal Mail. Delays may also occur due to customs and in-country postal services. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 2 weeks after shipping.
• When your parcel has been dispatched, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their in-country shipping company.
Gift wrapping and packaging
For the Gift Wrapping option, items will be wrapped in gift wrapping paper and black ribbon or in handmade gift wrapping. It will include a gift tag if you have provided us with a gift message. Please let us know if you would like the message to be handwritten and we will do this for you. Please have a look at our images of gift wrapping on our updates in our store and our instagram.
Care Instructions for Jewellery.
• Remove your jewellery before going to bed, showering, doing housework or swimming and keep it in a jewellery box
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, body lotions, foundations etc. Please use abrasive cleaners or polish with soft cloth on jewellery.
• It is a natural characteristic of metal to tarnish. To remove the tarnish clean with a specialist cleaning cloth or fluid. Periodic cleaning and polishing are also recommended.
When or how long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship your order within five days of purchase. We dispatch orders on Mondays and Fridays.
Most of our items are made to order, therefore please allow for 2-5 days for shipping. We will notify you of any delays. Please notify us if your order is urgent and we will try our best to ship faster.
I received my parcel and my item is damaged.
Please let us know if any of the items arrive damaged when you get your parcel.
