About

A Lunar Eclipse Can Change Everything.... This is the story of Our Lunar Eclipse

The story behind the name... it all began at a rock climbing gym like all other rock climbing gyms. Rock climbing shoes have a certain unpleasant odor that permeates indoor spaces; however, this night, there was a stronger smell... the smell of garlic. The girl (yours truly) was a new climber, the boy was a seasoned climber determined to enlighten the girl with all of the important aspects of climbing; while eating an enormous bowl of garlic (with some pasta thrown in for show). The two hit it off, and decided on a date to go rock climbing together.

There was lunar magic in the air. The girl and the boy camped out on top of the cliffs on a very cold November night, drinking some wine and watching a lunar eclipse. After several years filled with more rock climbing, they got engaged on top of those same cliffs.

After a few more years of rock climbing, pottery, glass work, and jewelry crafting, a little Leo boy came and blessed their world.

Now the woman is a stay at home mom, who has found her way back to creating pottery with her new apprentice (that little Leo boy), rock climbing, running, and stained glass work.

Hi, and thanks for taking the time to visit.

I am a stay-at-home mom, rock climber, runner and artist. I am a rotten cook and housekeeper... but I am good at the other stuff. Perhaps my deficiencies in cooking and cleaning are due to my need to run out to my home studio and play with clay and glass (but that is between you and me... don't tell my husband).

One of the coolest things is imagining something I want to create, sketch it out, and then coax it into existence.

As you will notice in my 'additional information' section... I try to reuse packing and packaging materials whenever possible. Tissue and ribbons frequently found their way to me in the form of gift packaging - and now they make their way to my customers.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase, and we will figure out a solution. I want you to be absolutely, 100% thrilled with your purchase; I work very hard to create art that I love, and I want you to love it too.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items purchased come from a smoke and (unfortunately) pet free home.

I try to use recycled materials in my shipping and packaging. Mailers, tissue paper and ribbon are repurposed as frequently as possible - pay it forward and reuse them again if you can.

If you would like a custom pendant please contact me. Please note: custom work takes a minimum of two months turn around time. Clay is not about instant gratification.
