In March 2010 my sole-sista and I inked our way to the world of blogging by embarking on our journey as mother-runners...we had no idea we would be living and running through dreams, disasters, happiness, struggle - with our run as the constant in life. We soon questioned our running form and became Certified ChiRunning Intructors. We then noticed the survival of our society's sole (as in the bottom of your feet through movement) was in trouble and became 'MOVEMENT' coaches.

We ship within 2 business days of recieving the order via the United States Postal Service. Special care is taken to ensure that the run art prints (8x8 and 5x5) are protected in a PHOTO MAILER. All inspired movement collections are shipped in a brown 5x5 envelope (and NOT a photo mailer to reduce shipping costs for you since they are bundled together, if for some reason...the quotables do not reach in you in good me and I will drive down to my local post office and shout at the clerk...joke...I will replace your quotables at my cost.)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you do not receive your purchased item within 1 week of ordering, please e-mail me because I usually ship within 2 business days and that may mean the post office has misplaced your package and I will research it.

If you feel the items you receive are not what you expected, you may return them in original condition within 10 days for a refund, minus shipping charges. Please contact us before returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If an item is received and is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. All prints are sent in a protected photo mailer and leave our office in perfect condition - so after I have stomped my feet and frowned azillion times, I will contact the post office and re-send you a new print.
