Hey! Just so this is public again. Brass oxidizes when it comes into contact with skin oils, water, sweat, etc. It is part of its charm. If you do not want brass pieces, please request an upgrade to 14k gold fill and I'll be happy to make it for you! This information is in all of my listings so please read before ordering. If an item has a 16k gold coated or anything similar, I will list it in the item description but this listing is for a brass bracelet. Thanks!

2 out of 5 starsReally bummed with this order. I purchased 4 bracelets, 3 of which I gifted. My order took about 17 days from date ordered to date received, but finally came in yesterday's mail. Bracelets were a bit flimsy but doable for me as I prefer dainty jewelry. My biggest complaint is that I wore the bracelet one day and my wrist turned green from it. :( I understand the bracelet is not gold but I really thought there would some sort of protective coating to prevent this almost immediate tarnish. Totally bummed. I am giving 2 stars because the bracelets were all absolutely adorable, just not wearable for me. :(

I have tried to resolve this issue with the buyer with no response. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing! Item sent to this customer was as described and pictured, they just didn't read or understand what they were ordering before buying a custom item. I can not give refunds (especially on custom orders) due to buyer error or my business model would fail completely. Thanks for understanding!

While I was there I bought a bracelet for myself but got home and realized I wanted to get something for my mom! Seller is a quick shipper and after I got home from my flight they were already here!! Can't wait to see what she creates next!
