Ovejita Be! wants you to feel like a child again!
We meet us ten years ago. Sometimes we thought about our childhood and how it would be if we had met each other as kids and had play together. So, we started playing with soft toys and plushies, and drawing sheep and other cute things everywhere.
In spring 2010, we had some felt fabrics at home and lots of free time. Thus, we started a blog and we named it "Ovejita Be!" (“Little Sheep Bah!” in English). And that's how our little brand was born.
When we design a new creation, we try to use our imagination as a child will do. We think on how we saw things when we were little and plenty of dreams.
In our little shop you can find plushies, brooches, little bags and purses, and knitting accessories too. All our creations are for children of all ages (from 0 to infinity!).
We are 32, and we live in a small city near Barcelona (Spain). We are a happy couple; an Art Restorer and a Telecommunications Engineer with lots of creativity and sheep in our heads.

We work with Camaloon to make our badges and soon other items. They are locally based and a young start-up, they care about the quality of their products and they are always there to bring help.
We love little sheep ('ovejitas' in spanish) and that's one reason for us to use felt and wool on our creations. We work at home, in a smoke & pet free environment.

Customers from Spain and the European Union: delivery usually takes 3-10 working days from the shipping date, depending on the country and the distance. We always provide the tracking number and usually you can track the package in your country postal service (if it's available).
International customers outside the European Union: delivery usually takes 8-15 working days from the shipping date, but sometimes and on specific destinations it takes up to 30 days. It may take longer than other destinations due to international postal issues, customs, etc, please be patient and your items will arrive. We always provide the tracking number and you usually can track the package in your country postal service (if it's available).
NEW! Expedited shipping available for domestic orders only: for an additional fee you have now the expedited shipping option, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. We choose the best option available depending on your order (regular postal service or a carrier).
Important: please note that delivery times are an estimation provided from the postal service, it may vary slightly due to holidays, bad weather and other circumstances.Thank you for understanding.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Damages: only if your item arrives damaged or broken, not after normal use. You have 7 days after arrival to send us a photo of the package unopened, opened (or at least details of the damaged package) and the item. We'll refund the full cost or send a new item without charges.
Losses: if your item was lost by postal services, we send you a new one without charges if it's possible, or we make a full refund. Please note that we have a limited stock of fabrics and some items are unique, so we can't repeat them.
Exchanges and refunds (except on custom orders): if you're not happy with your item, you have 15 days after arrival to exchange it.
In this case, customers will pay the returning shipping costs; we'll send a new item and the customer will pay for the new shipping, or we'll refund the amount of the item (not the shipping) if you don't want another product. In this case, the refund will be made after we have the package back. You have to send the package by Registered Mail, as we do.
Returned packages: if we have an order returned by the postal services, we contact the buyer in order to solve the situation. In this case we'll resed the item and the customer will pay for the new shipping, or we'll refund the amount of the item (not the shipping) if you don't want the product at all. If more than 60 days have passed from payment, we can't make a refund, so we offer a coupon code for buying again on our shop for the amount of the items purchased.
Custom orders and earrings can't be exchanged or refunded.
