Owie’s ART Creations is a small store owned and run by me, Rowena “Owie” N Delfter through Etsy Marketplace. I sell in my store own original artworks, as well as some selected art prints, own produced greeting and note cards.

When you place an order in my Etsy store, you must provide certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you’re ordering. These are information you authorized Etsy to provide to me.
Your information is necessary and needed to provide you my services, as to fulfill your order, and/or to provide customer support.

I share your information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances -
• with Etsy to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use; and
• with Delivery companies to perform their services.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
I generally keep your data for about 4 years.

I don’t store or process your information through any third-party hosting services.
I don’t use your information for marketing purposes or anything similar.
